Strider Steele
Strider Steele, P.E., LEED® AP is a Partner, Senior Engineer, and Project Manager with registrations in over 30 states. Strider has design experience in and is responsible for mixed-use, warehouse, commercial interiors, restaurant/retail and multifamily projects. He is responsible for design and coordination of major electrical systems including power distribution, utility coordination, lighting, lighting controls, and life safety systems. He works closely with the architects, owners, end users, vendors, contractors, and other consultants from early design concepts and coordination through on site implementation in many aspects of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system disciplines. Strider has an Architectural Engineering degree from Kansas State University.

RODNEY BATES
Rodney Bates P.E. LEED® AP is a licensed professional engineer with registrations in 13 states. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Baylor University. He is a Partner, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Project Manager, with over 17 years of industry experience. He possesses a vast amount of design concepts in all aspects of building systems, and structures. As a project Manager, Rodney not only designs and coordinates Mechanical systems, but works with the Owner, Tenant, Architect, and other consultants to coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. He has managed everything from multi-million dollar mission critical projects and high rise office buildings to sustainable boutique hotels and LEED® certified restaurants.

Shawn Warren
Shawn Warren, P.E., CPD, LEED AP is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years of design experience. His areas of expertise include the design and management of a variety of complex systems including multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, warehouse, commercial interiors, medical, educational, and light industrial. With a primary focus on plumbing and mechanical design, Shawn enjoys working with architects, owners, clients and other consultants to provide creative solutions to unique design challenges. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of North Texas. Shawn lives with his wife and two daughters in Lucas, TX.

JASON MADISON
Jason Madison, P.E., LEED AP serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager. Jason carries design and construction experience for major commercial, education, federal and industrial projects. With nearly 14-years of experience and field knowledge, Jason makes himself an invaluable resource to clients and to the entire design team.
Jason graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and is passionate about customer satisfaction and creating lasting relationships with our clients. His wife’s passion for education encouraged him to become a member of the Board of Directors for North Central Texas Interlink, where he is able to provide industry insight that helps drive tomorrow’s workforce.

Chris sims
Chris Sims, P.E. is a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with over 17 years of industry experience. He earned an Engineering Science degree from Trinity University and lives in Denton, TX with his wife and daughter.
Chris’ design experience spans a variety of projects including education, data centers, hospitality, federal, commercial, and industrial. Chris has a passion for learning new design concepts utilizing new industry technologies to provide building owners and clients with creative building solutions.

andrew o’brien
Andrew O'Brien, P.E. as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager, possesses expertise in the development of comprehensive building systems and structures, spanning various aspects. He coordinates the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines, in collaboration with Developers, Architects, and additional consultants.
Mr. O'Brien's responsibilities include engaging with clients, vendors, contractors, and auxiliary personnel throughout a project's lifecycle, from initiation to completion. His project-related duties involve the design and coordination of Electrical Systems, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and life safety measures, while ensuring alignment with the specific needs of the client and seamless collaboration among all consulting disciplines.
Andrew graduated from Texas Christian University where he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2012. He is based out of Houston Texas. Other than traveling to and from Fort Worth to root for the Horned Frogs, Andrew and his wife Amanda enjoy traveling the world. They also love to enjoy the local Houston activities, such as rooting for the Astros, hanging out with their cat and dog, Buffy and Archer, along with exploring all the great food Houston has to offer.

Justin Shields is a plumbing designer with over 18 years experience in the MEP consulting business. Justin attended the University of Texas at Arlington for Architecture and Dallas County Community College for Criminal Justice.

tony brouillette
Tony Brouillette is an MEP Production Specialist with over 37 years’ experience in the MEP consulting business. Graduated from Texas State Technical College in Waco with an associate’s degree in Building Construction. Tony has been around the construction industry all his life and has been drafting since he was 12.
Tony’s work experience includes AutoCAD, Revit, and production supervisor. For the past 11 years he has been a mechanical, plumbing and electrical design and coordination assistant. His project experience spans many categories including tenant finish out, food service, health care, automotive dealerships, education, hospitality and light industrial. Tony enjoys cars, music, darts, food and landscaping in his personal life.
