How we work

  1. 1

    Pre-construction handoff

Before the first RFI lands, we walk the GC and key subs through the design intent, the tricky details, and the assumptions baked into the documents.

  2. 2

    RFI & submittal turnaround

Most RFIs are answered within two business days. Submittals are reviewed against the spec — not rubber-stamped — and returned with clear action items.

  3. 3

    Site observation

Periodic site visits at meaningful milestones — rough-in, above-ceiling, energization, startup — with written observation reports the owner can act on.

  4. 4

    Closeout & training

Punch-list walks, commissioning support, as-built coordination, and owner training so the building runs the way it was designed to.

Frequently asked

How fast do you turn RFIs?
Two business days is our standard target. Urgent field stops get a same-day phone call first, written response to follow.
Will the engineer of record actually visit the site?
Yes. Senior engineers do site observations — not a junior with a checklist. Reports are signed by the EOR.
Do you support commissioning?
We coordinate with the commissioning agent, witness functional testing of MEP equipment, and help close out deficiencies before substantial completion.
